Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026  ·  Effective for: a3infrastructure.com and its subdomains

A3 Infrastructure ("A3 Infrastructure", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Site-visit and project enquiries happen on WhatsApp: the website only opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message, which you choose whether to send. When you use our landowner, partnership or channel-partner forms, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address and, where relevant, company or agency name and MahaRERA agent registration number
• Details you choose to share about your enquiry — land location, size and preferred partnership model, your proposal, or the micro-markets you operate in
• Communications you send us via WhatsApp, email or phone

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and are used only to respond to your enquiry. Each form asks for your consent to be contacted before it is sent.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as browser type, device type, and pages visited) through standard web server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and get in touch regarding site visits, land/property submissions or partnership discussions
• To share relevant project updates, brochures and offers, where you have consented to be contacted
• To improve our website and understand how visitors use it
• To comply with legal, regulatory and statutory obligations, including those under RERA

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Employees, channel partners and consultants of A3 Infrastructure who need it to respond to your enquiry
• Service providers who help us operate this website, send communications, or store data on our behalf
• Regulators or authorities, where required by law

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by writing to us at the email address below. You can also opt out of WhatsApp or promotional communications by informing us directly.

6. Cookies

This website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes.
